opinions on films

films we all love them, right?  but we cant be blinded by the truth, that when we switch on netflix, sky or any other film source and have a quick browse over the latest blockbusters that we indeed are looking for something that will make us happy, that will display life in a certain light that we desire to live, or even perhaps watching a film that reminds us of past times that used to be enjoyable. The sad solemn truth is that a film cant change reality, we need a miracle for that one. In fact what a film really portrays is a false image of what life is really all about, indeed i cant define the meaning of life but i can assure you that a 90 minute film wont be to much help to you either. In general a film is like a stimulant, a stimulant is there to make you feel happy, but that happiness only lasts for a period of time before wearing off, just like that sudden streak of happiness from a film until those dreaded credits begin rolling up the screen and you realize that its all one big fantasy, you yourself will never live the life's of lets say for instances Cher from clueless or mia from princess diaries, because life really isn't just that simply. Then there's the second type of film that is more realistic and educational but still portrays the hidden truth of what we don't really want to see happens in world but unfortunately does, films about illness and death, we still go away upset but these films sure do have more of a purpose than your typical chic flic, these films make us grateful for what we do have, a healthy body, thriving with life. I often meet this lady when i go out riding and the other day we had a discussion that by appreciating what you do have, will make you feel fulfilled and make you your happiest deep down.
In conclusion i fear that you cant receive anything positive from watching a film, and it may sound silly of me but i always picture film watching as a source of the depression problem's we have nowadays, as people are always longing but never receiving their true expectations.

Barry M nails

This one shows the BOOTS on it's own as a signature nail, this was at Christmas time hence the Christmassy colours, for some reason my thumbs nail always seems to be broken

These are my natural nails!! I am guilty nail polish hoarder and one colour I have been obsessed with lately is the Barry m gelly nail polish in the colour sugar apple , first things first I love love love the Barry m's gelly formulation nail polishes, they apply so easily and dry relatively quickly, Barry m never disappoint.  I have been buying their range now for about 4years ever since I first started to form the little collection of mine, and  every time I walk into a beauty shop whether it's be Boots or Superdrug my attention is directed straight on to Barry m shelves with their array of colours, I just can't help myself! If you are looking for a good formulation I wouldn't give Barry m a miss they are a fantastic range! So here's my nails for today sugar apple and the limited addition glitter polish which is ironically called B O O T S. This not only is great for the top coat but also if you want a signature nail it will apply on it's own to become a glitter frenzy..I will attach a picture to show it's application when it's on it's own, unfortunately because it is limited edition I'm not quite sure where you can get it from but ultimately it is a nail polish collectors must have as it's suitable for any occasion or season!💅

Making Pinterest

sorry for no post as promised from a few days back, my dressing table did arrive two days ago and i was extremely happy when it did. The explanation for no post is due to the fact i've used about 6 rolls of loo paper and had about 17hrs sleep the past 3 days due to having a cold. I always seem to get colds or bugs in or just before the summer, barely in winter time (but lets not jinx that). So having all this time off school means that i've just sat here browsing the internet as you do, and i discovered Pinterest, this is no new news to me as i had known about it before but today i decided to make an account as there wasn't much else to do, and lets just say i got into creating pins. I think its a fantastic way to create aspirations or round together ideas that interest you. So far i have created about 6 pins, and two of which have alot to do with interior design, its a great way to store ideas so you can later reflect on them and choose items that you want to incorporate into your house/room, in my case: room. But how i wish i owned my own house right now as i have numerous design ideas that i'd like to execute. Hopefully i will be back to my normal self in a few days so i can get onto making this blog that i have promised.

Small Update

i seem to make a habit of writing my blogs at night, but ahh well.
i love it when my room is organised because most of the time its like a jumble sale. For a while now i have been planning to incorporate older eras into my interior, so far i have been successful with my chest of draws and wardrobe, but the one thing i have been keeping my eye out for is a dressing table to finish the whole look off! My grandma kindly brought one for me and its coming tomorrow which i am extremely excited about! So today i have been having abit of a clear out,(well around 4hrs of cleaning and tidying up) in preparation for the arrival of my dressing table. Its amazing what you can stumble across when things have been hidden away for so long, i came across some speakers that were still in their box because i've been to lazy to get them out for the past 5years, and now they are my new favorite thing i haven't stopped blasting music out of them all day. In tomorrows blog i will be including photos of all my old era furniture to give you an idea of the types of styles and of course this new dressing table of mine. But for tonight this is what i like my bedside table to look like when its actually organised....
